Brian Fronapfel

Brian Fronapfel is a Regional Director with over 20 years of experience in HVAC engineering across educational, institutional, commercial, and industrial markets. He’s led large-scale mechanical design projects and brings a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to auditing, retro-commissioning, master planning, and feasibility studies.

Brian has deep expertise with NJOCE Programs and an intimate understanding of New Jersey healthcare facilities and systems, which continues to add value for NYC DCAS and other clients. He’s a senior member of AEE, a member of ASHRAE, and holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Lehigh University.
