Adam Cherry and his team lead the negotiation and structuring of commercial transactions, including renewable energy power purchase agreements. The Clean Energy Origination team facilitates communication between buyer and seller representatives, advising clients on key commercial terms and contract language.

Prior to joining Trio in 2019, Adam spent eight years at Avangrid Renewables where he focused on environmental and capacity attributes, structured collateral, and commercial proposal writing across more than 6 GW of installed renewable generating capacity.
